| William Allen Coleman 1838-1917 William Allen Coleman, known as Allen Coleman, born 1838 in Cobb county, Georgia, son of Henry Allen Coleman and Sarah Ann Barnes. Married 1st in 1858 to Cynthia Florence Riggs of Butts co., GA., 2nd marriage in 1879 to Clara Eliza Kolb, and 3rd marriage in 1898 to Mary Elin Daniel Bailey. W.A. Coleman was a farmer and served in the 1st Georgia Cavalry during the War Between The States. After the war, he immigrated to Spanish Honduras with a group of ex-Confederate soldiers and their families. In Spanish Honduras he was involved in fruit and cotton cultivation and in addition to being a Planter was a cattleman. He made Spanish Honduras his home for 25 years returning for visits periodically to his native Georgia and then finally remained in Carrollton, Georgia where he continued farming, became a member of the board of the Carrollton Bank and served one term as mayor of the city of Carrollton. He died in 1917 and was buried with Masonic honors in the Carrollton City cemetery, Carrollt |

Buried: Coleman Family Mauseleum, Old Central City cemetery, San Pedro Sula, Honduras. |
